A completely different and brand new technology Green Envy is water-based and has special solvents with emulsifying agents that make it compatible with both oil-based and latex paints. Not recommended for thinning polyurethanes or clear finishes. It is ultra-low in VOC content only 19g/L yet it effectively thins most paints stains and varnishes.
