HUS 1-3/4" x 9-1/2" galvanized face-mount joist hanger. For 1-3/4" x 9-1/2" engineered wood. Provides support underneath the joist; rafter or beam. The double-shear design ensures a strong; durable connection which is designed for greater strength with fewer fasteners to install. Features double-shear nailing which distributes the load through two points on each joist nail for greater strength and allows for the use of fewer nails; faster installation and the use of standard nails for all connections. Do not bend or remove tabs. Made from 16-gauge steel galvanized; g90; for extra corrosion resistance. Install with 0.162" x 3-1/2" nails.
